“I love this dairy queen! It's the perfect break from the heat when you're hanging out on historic 4th ave. The only problem is that the drive thru lines can be really long. It's best to go on foot. They just reopened their inside counter, and they have a walk up window on the outside opposite the drive thru“

“Needed ice cream for my kid that was in the hospital. Ended up leaving with lots of ice cream for the kid and nursing staff! The lady at the drive-thru was excellent and I even got the cupcake cup which is just like a slice of their yummy ice cream cake in a cup!“

“Best dairy Queen on plant Earth. There employees work so hard and deliver the best frozen treats to tons of customers (they are 100 feet from a park with 5 ball fields and I mean....holy cow!) So game night are huge. But on non game nights they still have the street wrapped with cars that just love the DQ. But seriously a tv should happen. Long live Dairy Queen.“

“Hannah was so helpful. I was in a sling and she made sure she packed my order so I wouldn't have trouble taking it home! I didn't have a way to leave her a tip, she said your smile is tip enough! ? Hannah's cheerful disposition was truly refreshing! So, if you're near Ina and Oldfather, please stop by at her Dairy Queen and give her a nice tip! Tell her Sylvia sent you! ?

“We came in right before closing and they were still immensely kind and generous, they even gave us the large cups for water instead of the stingy little water cups. I wish we got their names but the girls working were so sweet and attentive. Great establishment and team.“

“The ice cream and service is great at this location! The parking situation is not. It gets super busy so sometimes the drive through takes 10+ minutes and it backs up into the street. Also, if you park and the drive through backs up, you can't get out.“

“My car was up on the rack at Brake Masters, I had just scarfed down a Chick-fil-A sandwich, walked back to the shop, car not yet ready… it was hot. Hmmm. Something cold to wash down the sandwich. DQ is right next door. I hardly ever go there… it’s not actually ice cream and it’s so obviously NOT healthy… ah, but then neither is Chick-fil-A. But hey, maybe two wrongs could make a right? I walked over to DQ in the 108° heat and ordered a medium vanilla cone. It was a refreshing conclusion to lunch but in hindsight, should’ve gotten a small.“

“You can't beat DQ for dependability. For 50 years I have ordered a large chocolate cone dipped in cherry. Be still my heart! I am transported to my youth, when life was simpler and a D Q cone was the height of culinary decadence. Today for just a moment I relive that simple joy. “This location is in the Tucson Premium Outlet Mall. There were no customers in the store at the time I entered. I was waited on and requested a blizzard. The blizzard was prepared immediately and was shown that it was done quickly by turning the cup upside down.“

“I went the night of March 3rd, and the line was pretty long, but the line went by super fast, and it was just teens working and I got the best customer service I’ve ever had, them kids had the line moving hella fast and right when I got to the window all my ice creams were already being handed to me, give them teens a raise for real ?????“

“Everything was good but the service is very late! I was waiting for my sundae and more people arrived after me, I waited about 5 minutes and they continued serving the others and my sundae never arrived! I had to go ask and the guy just said, oh excuse me, I'll give it to you right now!! There were like 5 people who were just blocking each other to attend and they didn't attend quickly! Many employees are inefficient“

“I was a little taken back that the young man at the drive-thru window didn't know how to do the coupons or the reward points I don't know if he was new but you have to stop and wait for the manager to come and do it for him that was a little bit of an inconvenience.“

“Yesterday, we had to put our family dog of almost 14 years to sleep and the emergency vet suggested that while we waited for some other family members to come say goodbye to her that we grab her favorite treat. I would often take her to get a pup cup here and so I ran to grab one for her while we waited. I was fully prepared to pay for it of course since it was the only item I ordered, but when I pulled up to the window the man who was working (sadly I didn’t get his name) handed it to me with a smile and wouldn’t take payment for it. He just kept smiling and telling me to enjoy and have a wonderful day. It was such a kind gesture, even though he had no idea how hard that day was for our family or how our sweet girl savored that last pup cup. I am so appreciative. Thank you!“
