The kids working were friendly and fantastic. This DQ is so well hidden that had it not been for Google we would not have known it was there.

I just ordered a Large blizzard and extra Oreo and tell him twice that I want extra Oreo on drive through ,After months of gym I decided to treat myself a Cheat meal of ice cream blizzard and excited for cheat meal but not happy that the blizzard was full of ice cream and my first Oreo I got after finish 40% of blizzard, r u kidding me,Even after telling u twice extra Oreo u didn't,I don't mind u charge me for extra Oreo if u want but don't spoil experience and excitement of the customer by doing this .

Tucson was a crazy place to find myself, but to have a little piece of home called Dairy Queen hit the spot for me. Thank you

Arrived at 9:15 PM was told they close at 9:30pm , so they could not make anything for me besides what was already premade. sign states store closes at 10 PM and online states they close at 10 PM. I’ve been here at 9:55 PM before they close and they were able to make me a blizzard. Not sure what was going on but the crew tonight on 12/29 needs serious management. seemed like Alexis and crew did not want to work this evening get your store in order

I placed an order through drive-thru, 2 medium Blizzards. While waiting in line, I received a call that my niece came over for a visit. I didn’t want to leave her left out, so when we pulled up to pay I asked if I could please add a cone to my order, and the cashier says, we’re not allowed to add to orders. WHAT THE HECK! Really? Who doesn’t accommodate their customers (within reason)? What kind of customer service training is that? And when I received the blizzards, another disappointment! They couldn’t even fill it to the top. That was definitely my last visit to the Speedway location. I think I’d rather wait in line at the 4th Ave location and get 100% better service, than to wait in line at Speedway and get poor service and poor product.

I'm 68 years old, my son takes me for a ice cream, every once in a while. We just want to the drive though, order 2 blizzard, one was watery and the other was fine. I went back to complain. The employee try to tell me, nothing was wrong with it. It's sad that the dairy queen on Speedway and Sillverbell don't show customers concerning complaints.

Location doesn't appear to have chocolate ice cream anymore. Last visit ice cream machine was broken. Before that blizzards were mostly melted when served. Avoid and find another DQ location.

Parent upset - my daughter and her boyfriend went on 7-6-24 at around 6-645 to DQ on speedway and Silverbell and Its really disappointing hearing from our young adults that they purchased items from one of our favorite establishments DQ for years and years…but really disappointing to hear they have to deal with customer service so rude unwelcoming and unprofessional. To hear they had to be intimidated and bullied into purchasing items that were incorrectly made in the first place and then not even offer to correct the mistake or apologize but rather take away the item wrongly made and already purchased from my daughters boyfriends hand and told by the drive thru lady that she wasnt going to give them something they dont want but purchased and sit there intimidatingly lookin at them to the point that to avoid a scene they just took what the lady was trying to say they had ordered…What in the world kind of customer service is that ! We wont be goin there no more Dairy Queen has gone down so bad. Really sad for an all time favorite to have this kind of customer service experience from it. Train your people better! I dont even give a Star for any category being asked to rate in this review . Disheartening and ugly.

The owner/manager of the DQ at Speedway and Silverbell truly needs to retrain their employees. The consistency is horrible. Three different times I ordered a twist cone and got mostly all chocolate, barely any vanilla to be found. Also, ordered a smoothie that was pure ice with no yogurt at all. The ice was so bad that I couldn't suck the smoothie through the straw. Another time I ordered a cone and when I got to the drive thru window they handed it to me in a cup because they had made it too soon and it was all melted. The employees need to put more pride into their work. One more thing, why do I have to tip these kids? Did they go above and beyond what they were hired to do? This tip culture has really gotten out of hand.
