I used to love this location since I live right down the street, but the last few times I’ve gone to get ice cream they forgot to put bananas in my banana split or did not make the blizzard right. So I’d suggest you going to another location.

They don't even know how to make a peanut buster parfait, 3 layers of chocolate and peanuts. Mine was made with only 2. The sundaes are made to reduce how much topping they give you, whoever taught these people how to be of service failed miserably. Ridiculous, crappy, poorly made, bad attitude service, do not go there. Go to any other DQ. This one is terrible!!!

Everyone who works here is so incredibly unhappy that I no longer take my 3 year old son here. Tonight I came in and he was so excited to have our ice cream night, but the window casier was so rude, it completely ruined the experience. Im never coming here again. After over 10 years coming to this location.

Certainly not the greatest service compared to other Dairy Queen’s I’ve been to. They close sometimes 15-20 minutes early and aren’t as accommodating as other locations.

We went to DQ tonight for a late-night snack @8:46pm on W SPEEDWAY in tucson our daughter's shake had all kinds of broken porcelain pieces in her strawberry shake!!! This is not okay..we will NOT be returning unsafe place

I just ordered a Large blizzard and extra Oreo and tell him twice that I want extra Oreo on drive through ,After months of gym I decided to treat myself a Cheat meal of ice cream blizzard and excited for cheat meal but not happy that the blizzard was full of ice cream and my first Oreo I got after finish 40% of blizzard, r u kidding me,Even after telling u twice extra Oreo u didn't,I don't mind u charge me for extra Oreo if u want but don't spoil experience and excitement of the customer by doing this .
