I have tried dozens of Chinese restaurants in Tucson & the surrounding areas and NONE have been really as authentic as Mei Mei. They have been in business for 30+ years here in Tucson, and despite its low key outward appearance, there's no question why this business continues to thrive. Incredible lunch special! Big portions, reasonably priced, while always being greeted with a smile. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. 10/10!
Mei Mei is a very casual spot. Food is great and relatively inexpensive. They serve good portions. Lunch specials are unbeatable.As soon as you go in, you will be greeted by the two most amazing host/servers in town. They will take care of every aspect. Food quality and quantity is the same for dining in or taking out.

Cool chinese food spot food is always hot and ready very quickly. I normally order take out and it's ready in ten minutes...still going thru the menu but so fat all good thanks Mei Mei.
