They need to hire people who want to work and have customer service.. I went in and spent a good amount of money and felt like I was an inconvenience to the girl taking my order.. she was yelling asking if I was going to order or not,she literally threw my box of dilli bars on the counter .. never go to this dairy queen again,as a matter of fact we're boycotting this one .I. every single time we go there it's a horrible experience.

Wednesday night (1/22/26) I went at like 1145 at night. I had a craving for a blizzard. The young man that was At the window was polite, kind, helpful & had WONDERFUL customer service. He wasn’t annoyed at all that they were closing in 15 minutes and I was just ordering.

This experience will definitely have me coming back!

Was disappointed 😞 in my experience. Ordered a banana shake and was told after ordering that they were out of bananas. Who does this? There's a walmart across the street....go buy some. How can you even make a banana split? Wasn't even offered a discount when I was made to make another choice. Could have given a buy one get one free for my n ext visit even but nope...nothing!
