We learned about Stockman years ago, and now that we live in New Mexico, we make a point of stopping here on our way through Tucson. Recently, we picked up a pork roast and a bunch of ugly steaks (which are absolutely delicious). They have a wonderful selection of meats. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Dickman's has a great variety of different meats & everything I've had from there is top-notch. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help you out. The prices are a little on the high side but the taste is well worth the extra cost. I have completely given up on the grocery store for tasteless junk they peddle...

We come here often. Great last minute dinner plans. Ugly steaks rarely disappoint.
Only downside is the cost of uglies continue to climb higher than ribeye, which is a shame.

Bought steaks, two T-bones. Looked fine. Pulled out the fridge two days later for Valentines day....nasty, covered in slime, discolored, smelled awful. Will not go back.
