They're definitely nothing like the speedway location. They're out of boba more times than not, and customer service is truly a hit or miss as well. Sucks, this is right up the street for me, but I'm going to start driving into town to get our drinks now. It's just not worth it.

Smells great, cute location and good customer service. Their ginger milk tea is probably my favorite milk tea I've ever had! (Got it 3 times in the past week LOL) Also golden boba is nice and soft mmmm

I've had boba tea that was 24.00 for a medium and I've had boba tea from Jack In The Box that wasn't even $5 and several different variations in between and I have to say ding tea has never provided me with a drink that I did not like even even when I mix weird things together it's still was the perfect ratio

The Monster Boba Latte is the best. This from a person who previously didn't like Boba tea at all . Tried it with Oat Milk at a friend's recommendation, and it's just amazing.

Today my mom and myself went to get tea! We love the product but the people who work here should get other jobs wow! The guy with the beard should have a hairnet??? And a new job how awfull he was! He acted like he was being bothered! I wanted to buy more but I didn't want to bother him! My seal on my tea was halfway sealed and I dropped most my drink and for 20 dollars for 2 drinks you would think they would get it right and when we left an unenthusiastic and quiet mumble something as I walked out the door. Won't be returning

I’ve been coming to Dings for years and have loved the quality of the bobas they have. But my friends, I had an unusual experience today..I always order the same passion fruit slush boba every time but this time it tasted less sweet than usual. Usually a bearded guy makes it and makes them really well but this time it was a new girl that I’d never seen before. Anyway she made it this time and it tasted watery. I asked that the bearded guy remake it and the girl at the counter lost it. She started ranting that he’s her fiancée and is the manager and she’s worked as a manager elsewhere for years and wouldn’t stop getting angry. Although I understand we all have bad days, her reaction was disturbing and unprofessional. Anyway needless to say, the bearded guy/manager/fiancée looked a little scared - as was I. I got my boba and left but I wished to update patrons regarding this experience. I hope it’s an isolated incident.
