Made an order online and was unable to speak to a human only a robot. Still tried making an order when I came to pick it up it was not what I was expecting. Talked to SHANE W. on of the managers. And he went above and beyond to fix the order. After getting the corporate phone number I dicided not to call since Shane did an outstanding job with his customer service. I was amazed on how good he did to help me out I will definitely continue using this location. Thank you Shane for going that extra mile to assist your customers.

This domino's is the worst one in az I ordered some pasta and it never came then when I called the lady was really rude and she said she tryed calling me but she never did because I never got a call from anyone and they still haven't gave me my money yet she put a 10 day hold i would not order from this location

First of all when the manager of the store finally answered after 35 minutes. To report that they sent me the wrong food it was gross and cold. Was extremely rude told me he was going to give me the refund I was requesting. And hung up on me and guess what good thing it's on the recorded line cuz I'm getting my money back
