I love their apple fritters. Fresh and tasty. The fritters have chunk full of apples. The raised donuts are soft and airy. The cake donuts are dense and worthy of dunking in coffee. I have tried other donut wheels fritters and Sam's fritters are hands down the best.
One of the few staples of Tucson that deserves its Stars and Stripes. This is a delicious local chain that is humble and yummy. If you come down to Tucson, you better buy a dozen! ?
