One issue with this location. The drive thru is split with mobile orders on the right and the drive-thru on the left. I placed a mobile order. Drove in on the right side and no one was in front of me, so I went directly up to the window. I waited for what seemed like 10 minutes, even honking my horn to get anyone's attention. I finally drove around and went on the left side to the speaker to let them know I had a mobile order. I asked why it took so long and no one came to...
I got a simple drink and a donut. The service and wait time were both quick. I was also amazed by the size and cleanliness of the dining room. I wish this were the Dunkin' near me, lol.
You know one of the busiest days of the year for them and they are handling it absolutely fabulous. I went in there this morning to grab me a cup of coffee and everybody was super duper kind pleasant easy to chat with although they were super duper busy and rushing around they were still very pleasant
