It’s nice to have a Dunkin at Tucson airport terminal A. This is a small one with limited selection, but they have the basics!

Service sucks. Workers standing around talking to each other, laughing and joking instead of taking care of customers. The one worker dude that was there did nothing but distract the women workers and hide in the storage room. Can't he do whatever he is was doing after helping take care of the line.

Do not try stuffed bagels. The dough was under bakedand had no taste. Staff was more interested in their personal conversation than customer service.

Took 15 mins to prepare a breakfast sandwich. After I saw many people receiving order that was in line after me I asked for status of order. Was told it "didnt print" and then they finally got my order done.Zero apology offered and when food was finally ready was given it with a "here you go"

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I normally do not write reviews but the service was so poor I went out of my way to write this one. I ordered 4 drinks today, it took them 35 minutes from the time placed the order to produce the drinks. Two were black coffee. While I was waiting there for my order two different customers returned to complain about how terrible their coffee was! The employees did not know what they were doing. Which is forgivable. But they also did not care. Not even a little. Absolutely zero motivation and terrible attitudes. Our drinks were not good. Heads up to owners and managers, this place is a mess!
