Dunkin' Donuts in Tucson

“Excellent presentation of food and menu. The store is very clean. A nice area to sit outside if desired. Plenty of parking. I spoke with the manager for a few minutes and she is clearly dedicated to running a business that will attract customers and keep them returning. One little detail: there were sprinkles added to the tiny bit of cream on the doughnut's filling that enticed my family to buy additional doughnuts - more than we had planned to. A bit of smart product presentation that paid off. They care about the details at this store compared to other Dunkin' Doughnuts shops. We will be returning for sure.“

“love the lemonade refreshers BUT almost every single time i have ordered mobile pickup from this location, they have gotten my order wrong. this has happened three times so far, and they leave out items from my order. and they offer points that equal less than half the cost of my missing item as compensation...“

“The workers were nice. The munchkins were good. I had a slight problem with my coffee which was missing a shot of caramel but I went through the drive through and another worker understood and gave me two extra shots just in case. It was a mistake that was easily fix and I appreciate no huge fuss being made. I’ll return to this location.“

Parking: Located in the front of the donut shop not too many parking kind of difficult to get out when you're balancing an ice cream cone in one hand and a coffee in the other

“I was in Dunkin Donuts this evening on 11/15. Tanya was the employee to help me, and her attitude and customer service were outstanding. I love this location as all of its employees have a positive attitude. My coffee is always made perfect to order each time. I've definitely ditched Starbucks for the much better tasting coffee. You must switch and visit this location!!“
