My donut was crunchy stale the other one was soft. Help was good place was clean....where's the best doughnuts thought it was Dunkin??

Dunkin’ Donuts can be a good place to grab a quick coffee and a little bite to eat. But this one just had really bad service atmosphere wasn’t that great the food comes out burnt or a little cold. I personally will not go back to this one but it’s up to you if you would like to go here I’m not very judgmental, but it just wasn’t that good obviously you’re going to a fast food place. But some they just can’t get the coffee right every time.

Horrible service!!!!Pulled up for my mobile order per usual and get yelled at by the employee who is male with tattoos. Made me very uncomfortable as if I bothered him for ordering my coffee. Will definitely NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Employee was extremely disrespectful and could clearly hear him talking about me through the window the entire time. He was a grown adult too old to be acting like this!

All locations when you place a mobile order you pull straight to the window it's literally written on a Ballard's but anyhow the manager made me wait after they noticed me then opened the widow and made a rude remark thankfully the employee was respectful or at least trying. All I can say is it was a heavy Weight white lady working 10/7/24 at 2.25 pmWish I could have gotten her name but she hid behind the lad when she made the remarks. Fire her and get a person who cares about your business and its success. She's not that person.

I love dunkin, so it pains me to give such a low rating, but it's the sort of place that needs to be relatively fast to be worthwhile. Took 15 mins to get coffee this morning and the line was only a few cars long.

The Staff Are Almost Always Rude And Always Seem To Forget Something On My Order. I Order The Same Thing Almost Everyday That I Go And They Always Forget Thing Morning I Ordered And They Forgot To Add An Ítem To My Order So I Went Back To Get It Replaced And The Lady Was Rude For A Mistake She Made. And There To Lazy To Put Cream Cheese On A Bagel So They Give U The Cream Cheese A A Knife To Do It Yourself How Inconvenient.

The staff was really friendly and I'm not kidding when I say that was the best raspberry filled donut I've ever had. Great breakfast sandwiches and hash browns too. Their chai is better than their competition, in my opinion! Great place to chill and eat breakfast!Vegetarian options: Tons of meat free options and meat alternatives!

National donut day is coming soon. I'm already in the festive mood. I haven't been to Dunkin' Donuts in years, but I stopped by today. I remember the selection being much larger but there were still enough donuts to choose from. I used to always limit myself to one. But today I decided to choose two. I chose a cake doughnut, which are my favorite. Usually I get the glazed chocolate. But today I got a sour cream. They also had a new doughnut that I haven't tried. A vanilla cream. The vanilla creams are made with yeast. So what I'm doing, is pinching off with the sour cream doughnut and dipping it into the vanilla cream. It's a new recipe that I highly recommend. Lol. Happy donut day to all. Tell me your favorite donut.

This review is based on being a delivery driver: no customers in the building, no customers in the drive-thru, if I go to the drive-thru to pick up and order and you tell me I have to go inside. Orders getting canceled, you can deal with the customer complaint. Every business has notes for delivery instructions, "must come inside" is not in those notes. I don't work for Dunkin' donuts, I don't take orders from Dunkin' donuts employees. If there is a certain way you want to operate, you need to mention that. The employee knew what I was there for, could have just handed me the order out the window. But instead told me to go inside. Sure, I'm here right now, but let me go ahead and waste time taking extra steps for something that's not even listed on your business notes. Jesus Christ it's picking up an order not rocket science.
