Normally i would give this place a better review. I'm a regular here but today turned me off so bad from this location. Normally the manager and his team are great but I did an online order to be in and out of there and ended up having to stay there an extra 20 mins cause they kept giving me the wrong drink. Like every time I had to tell them like they charge more for the barbie dunkalatte but we're ok with just not even doing it right. Same with my partners drink.

I wish donuts were not so fattening. I love the french creuler. The coffee is good and the prices great. Unfortunately, my last few coffee orders were wrong so I had to park and go in to fix it. I don't know how they can mess up a large coffee but they do.

Matthew was awesome, I ordered on the app and ordered the wrong type(hot) matcha . He explained to me the difference on appearance and ingredients of what I wanted on the menu as I was a little confused. He made me what I originally wanted and didnt charge me for it .I would have paid for it as it was my mistake not theirs. It made my day a little better. I will definitely be back soon. The new banana options are good.
