Today at 12:30 I sat at the drive-through speaker box for nearly 5 minutes. Nobody said anything to me. Nobody apologized for the wait. So I proceeded to pull up to the window, hoping I would be able to place my order there which I did however, there seems to be one manager in particular who seems to lack priorities and Customer Service skills. I am a manager for a restaurant with a drive-through and if my employees let a customer sit at the drive-through box for five minutes...

A pretty standard Dunkin shop. It gets really busy in the morning hours, the drive through is the worst, not their fault...it's the impatient, inattentive doughnut lovers who make it a challenge, but also the lobby can get hectic. They have the luxury of being the sole "gathering spot" in the area, but do a good job of taking care of their customers.

The leather chairs have holes in them, they NEVER mix the matcha into the latte.....And if my family didn't like it so much I probably wouldn't go here every Sunday before church. They have made us late on more than one occasion because staff fail to complete our order or take our order incorrectly. They're not kind about it either.
