The line to your establishment was ALL the way to the right side of the building and I had been waiting for 15-20 minutes after I order my drink only to see one of your employee come out and hold this dog while talking to the person she knew in the vehicle taking up more of all our time. Considering you guys are constantly touching cups , lids, straws and pumps from syrups I don't even feel like this is sanitary considering I saw her return right back to her spot at the window to continue to talk. Not once did I see her go off and wash her hands before returning to her job.

I just left Dutch Bros five minutes ago a young lady by the name of Aaliyah was rubbing on a dog in front of me. She then proceeded to grab my coffee with her whole hand around the cup the brim where I’m going to put my mouth so my whole coffee is ruined. The crazy part is is I am a state inspector for the state of Arizona And I was just totally grossed out. I explained to the young lady how I do have a puppy To touch a dog and then my cup where I’m going to put my mouth we have to do better Dutch Bros with Covid and germs that’s just not it. I truly wanna throw my coffee away and just go get another one. I’m gonna take a break from Dutch Bros for a while maybe it’s time to go back to Starbucks.

Dutch bros you all need to get your employees some shade and umbrellas! That’s why you get 4 stars . It’s 100 degrees out here and all they have are wet towels on their head . Your customer service associates are some of the nicest most helpful people in town ! Get them some shade!
