I got a guac, but it came like a nacho with green sauce. The cashier didn’t even ask me whether I was allergic to any ingredients. It came with shredded cheese on every single chip. I had to order a caldo de res (beef soup). It didn’t come with cilantro and onion on the side as it is supposed to be. So I asked for it. The cook joked about $1 extra. But it’s still a nice place. The cook generously replace a plate of guac when an acquaintance took the guac back for replacement....

Came in today while in a rush, waiting for a bus. With an apology, I asked if there was anything they could have ready in 1 minute or less.
Not only did they reassure me it was fine, the front counter worker offered me three different options immediately and told the cook the situation. They made it while my card was still in the machine, and I was out of the restaurant in less than a minute!
They didn't skimp on the chicken taco portions...
