It's been awhile since we've been here. Our waiter was awesome!! The food not so much. The appetizer... We ordered the combination which came with green chilles (had no spice that them or flavor and it was one giant one very hard to share) beef ribs (very dry only a few edible bites and corn fritters seemed to be missing the corn part as it was mostly fritter. I ordered prime rib which was not as tender like a good prime rib is. The side salad was good, the baked potato was a baked potato nothing to write home about. The only thing that improved wa stone roll which was a pleasant surprise. The horseradish was great as well. For the kidsos... they both ordered a hamburger which came overcooked and plain. Nothing besides a bun and fries. The bathrooms were clean and our waiter noticed the half eaten at best appetizer and took it off the bill. I've can remember eating here at 8ish years old, had my first rocky mountain oysters here and have always enjoyed the food. I was very disappointed this time around.

The baked potato was pretty decent. The Steak came from a cow that grew up on the streets I think, toughest cow this side of Mississippi they say. The flavor you ask? Mesquite char no need for salt or pepper on that bad boy.

The food was really good, and we had a good server too, the only thing that took my family and I by surprise is that the entrance has such a steep ramp coming in, and an elderly man on a walker fell really hard right when we got there, it was scary and there is NO warning sign or rail to prevent this, noticed lots of elders come in to dine here, and we thought they prob should do something to get rid of this ramp.

On September 3, 2025 I brought my mother here for her 85th birthday, her dinner was so so but my dinner was as though it was taken out of the trash.
I ordered half a rack of ribs. I was all excited with a order of a baked potato and a salad.
What was on my plate and I’m not exaggerating was fat, grizzly fat with barbecue sauce on it and some Microwaved old pieces of meat on top.
It seem like brisket meat on the top like they were trying to camouflage the fat with bones tossed in. Nothing was on the bones but scraps of meat.
This nightmare was the worst meal in my 63 years I have ever ever had out.
The food is appalling that the cook sent that out. I don’t know if the owners aren’t aware of what’s going on.
The waiter was great the place looked clean, but the food was horrific.
$78.00 down the drain, I believe it was.
Save your money and go somewhere else in town there’s plenty of steakhouse.

The prime rib was the worst I've ever had. Very tough, tasteless, very low quality meat. Lack of interest from staff was also a turn off. We felt like cattle being sent off for slaughter. This restaurant needs new management, and higher quality product. We will not return! It's hard to beat Texas roadhouse.

A Tucson staple. If you want Prime Rib, this is where you go. The atmosphere is perfect to bring you back to the days of the Old West. They've been doing this stuff a long time and it shows. Yhey can handle large parties. Put it in your itinerary.
