It's been awhile since we've been here. Our waiter was awesome!! The food not so much. The appetizer... We ordered the combination which came with green chilles (had no spice that them or flavor and it was one giant one very hard to share) beef ribs (very dry only a few edible bites and corn fritters seemed to be missing the corn part as it was mostly fritter. I ordered prime rib which was not as tender like a good prime rib is. The side salad was good, the baked potato...
The food was really good, and we had a good server too, the only thing that took my family and I by surprise is that the entrance has such a steep ramp coming in, and an elderly man on a walker fell really hard right when we got there, it was scary and there is NO warning sign or rail to prevent this, noticed lots of elders come in to dine here, and we thought they prob should do something to get rid of this ramp.
A Tucson staple. If you want Prime Rib, this is where you go. The atmosphere is perfect to bring you back to the days of the Old West. They've been doing this stuff a long time and it shows. Yhey can handle large parties. Put it in your itinerary.
