Guero Canelo is a staple here in Tucson. I've eaten there many times. It was a bit disappointing today. Ordered their carne asada burrito and very single bite had gristle or a chunk of fat. Hoping this is a one-off because the flavor and quality has always been delicious!

For our team, Guero's has become a regular meal. When it's time for his birthday or any other celebration, our owner, Eric, chooses Guero's every time--Sonoran Hot Dogs are his favorite and Guero's are the BEST.

We sponsor our local Tucson Comic-Con and bring several guests to our booth each year. This year, Tucson Comic-Con coincided with Eric's birthday and we brought a HUGE group to dinner after Friday's convention and to celebrate....

The Sammy dog has two dogs in the bun, which makes El Gueso Canelo unique for a Sonoran dog. This is the place I try to take all out of town guests to so they can experience our regional hot dog. This location can get loud if it's busy. But it's certainly worth popping by for a Sonoran or Sammy dog.
