My absolute favorite downtown coffee shop! Q, the owner is there every day, makes the best coffees for me and my team daily, and has created such a comfortable/community atmosphere at the shop. It’s my morning ritual now to walk over every from my office before I start my work day.

I was happy that my intended coffee shop wasn't open and went here instead. I'm guessing it was the owner who made my coffee? He was so friendly to everyone who seemed like regulars, seems like a good spot to hang out. Coffee was great! Would go again if I'm back in the area.

I stopped to get the Vietnamese iced coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá) on the menu, and it was perfect ⭐️. The staff is very friendly, thorough, and courteous. He let me know ahead of ordering about my two options for the coffee - instant or the traditional way, and how long the wait would be for each, which I very much appreciated.

The cafe is a cozy nook, with two seating options: the bar high stools and the couch. The vibes are more of a “let’s stop to get good coffee on our way somewhere” than a “let’s catch up over coffee for hours”.

Once Tucson temperatures cool down, I can see myself stopping here during a morning walk or on a trip to the many museums close by. The coffee, the prices, and the experience with the staff definitely makes it worth stopping at. 💯

Small coffee shop catering to the businesses and offices downtown. It is run by Q who provides high quality in both product and service. He also uses locally made goods when he can.

While this shop isn’t built to become your next hangout spot, it does have a nice couch and table for some brief hangs.

Great coffee, great prices, and fast! I drop in regularly, love how friendly the staff is, and appreciate the clean and cozy space. Try the iced green tea—refreshing, complex, delicate, and with a hint of sweetness.

The best coffee i have had downtown Tucson. He uses Ghiradelhi chocolate for the iced mocha, good stuff!

Amazing little cafe in downtown Tucson! The facility was welcoming with comfortable seating. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I ordered the Chai tea which was fantastic, with just enough sweetness. Highly recommended!

Quite possibly some of the worst coffee I've ever tasted. ? But I'm a coffee snob. Don't listen to me. Try it for yourself.

I'm a coffee snob, so I looked up the highest-rated coffee shops in Tucscon and made a list of 7 to go to. Eleven Cafe was our first stop, and boy was it a waste of $15. I feel bad saying that because it's a small business and as long as the service isn't bad, I try not to give bad reviews. But the iced mocha, white mocha, and vietnamese coffee were all sooooo bad. The oat milk was good, and seemed fresh, but... that was about it. I don't know how this place ended up at the top unless there's just really no good coffee in this town... guess we will find out when we visit the other coffee shops.

I and many of my coworkers often visit Eleven Cafe and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their coffee, tea, and other products. The cafe boasts a great selection that caters to coffee and tea enthusiasts alike. The ambiance is cozy, and the overall experience of enjoying a cup of their expertly brewed beverages is delightful. However, my positive experiences are often marred by the owner Q's lack of manners and poor customer service. Unfortunately, the owner's demeanor is far from welcoming, and is evident that he lacks the basic politeness that is expected in the service industry. You can say good morning or thank you and Q will just stare or simply ignore you. While the coffee and products are undeniably top-notch, the overall atmosphere suffered due to the owner's apparent lack of people skills. Interactions with customers should be a pleasant part of the cafe experience, but in this case, it felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.I sincerely hope that the Q the owner takes the necessary steps to improve his customer service and interpersonal skills or simply apply basic manners. A cafe with such excellent offerings deserves to be complemented by a positive and friendly atmosphere, and addressing this issue would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience. Many coworkers share the same sentiment, luckily for Q no other establishment delivers similar quality products in the area, or we would stop patronizing Eleven Cafe.

Great coffee shop. If you have time and love strong coffee, try the Vietnamese coffee.
