I don't know when the pizza was made but it wasn't fresh. Horrid.

Self serving is fine but the barely heated OLD slice was gross. There is nothing really other than that to say.

Guys don't do it, it's brutal. There was just raw flour all over the bottom and crust of the pizza. Every bite was just old reheated pizza, grease, and raw flour. Super gross.

They are ALWAYS out of wings
Staff was nice enough the guy was cool. Wish my pizza was hot. Girl put it in the oven for less then two mins and it felt kinda warm under the plate but when i bit into it it was cold and the crust was so chewy and hard. Never again flying out of Tuc a lot and i’ll stick to dunkin’ for quick snacks cause it was the worst slice of pizza ever!

Having had an Empire downtown, this location is subpar or only in name. Just not up to the normal standard. I would put it on the same level as the old school cafeteria pizza.

The pizza here used to be great and worth every penny but recently there has been an older employee named Frank who was very unpleasant and had poor customer service skills and ever since he's been working there the quality of the pizza is completely unacceptable. I wouldn't feed it to a dog. At this point a hot n ready is better quality than empire. Whoever is managing the store should be embarrassed

I love the taste of Empire Pizza, but every time I’m at the airport at 5pm I am told no more pizza will be made for the day even though they supposedly close at 6pm.

Nice airport location of the downtown restaurant. Of course, it's hard to replicate the quality of that location, but given it's a "grab and go" type situation, to me, it's all you can ask for. I like to grab a slice and a drink before my

Love the downtown location, so I was excited to see Empire near my gate. There were 2 visible pizzas on the rack, but I was told there was no pizza. I sat nearby, in case pizza became available. A second customer came through, and he was told it would take 15 minutes to reheat the pizza on the rack. I ordered my slice after he did. The counter person went on about it being hard being the only person there, even though other employees are visible in the back. She ran off 3 other sets of customers by telling them there is no pizza. What's the goal here, Empire?

Great pizza and great people, especially at the bar. We found this traveling on our way to Scottsdale and the best pizza I've ever

Busy travel time and your workers are in the back with no pizza in the oven or under the warmer. I ordered a cheese slice and they put in a sauceless cheese in the oven the was forgotten on the rack. They had to make a new cheese pizza in the oven with another 20 minute wait time.
