Staff was nice enough the guy was cool. Wish my pizza was hot. Girl put it in the oven for less then two mins and it felt kinda warm under the plate but when i bit into it it was cold and the crust was so chewy and hard. Never again flying out of Tuc a lot and i’ll stick to dunkin’ for quick snacks cause it was the worst slice of pizza ever!

Having had an Empire downtown, this location is subpar or only in name. Just not up to the normal standard. I would put it on the same level as the old school cafeteria pizza.

The pizza here used to be great and worth every penny but recently there has been an older employee named Frank who was very unpleasant and had poor customer service skills and ever since he's been working there the quality of the pizza is completely unacceptable. I wouldn't feed it to a dog. At this point a hot n ready is better quality than empire. Whoever is managing the store should be embarrassed

I love the taste of Empire Pizza, but every time I’m at the airport at 5pm I am told no more pizza will be made for the day even though they supposedly close at 6pm.

Nice airport location of the downtown restaurant. Of course, it's hard to replicate the quality of that location, but given it's a "grab and go" type situation, to me, it's all you can ask for. I like to grab a slice and a drink before my

Love the downtown location, so I was excited to see Empire near my gate. There were 2 visible pizzas on the rack, but I was told there was no pizza. I sat nearby, in case pizza became available. A second customer came through, and he was told it would take 15 minutes to reheat the pizza on the rack. I ordered my slice after he did. The counter person went on about it being hard being the only person there, even though other employees are visible in the back. She ran off 3 other sets of customers by telling them there is no pizza. What's the goal here, Empire?

Busy travel time and your workers are in the back with no pizza in the oven or under the warmer. I ordered a cheese slice and they put in a sauceless cheese in the oven the was forgotten on the rack. They had to make a new cheese pizza in the oven with another 20 minute wait time.

My first time eating at your place. My friends suggested it to get some pizza. She told me that you guys pizzas a very good! So I told her okay let do cause I’m hungry. We stopped by you guys were very busy and all the tables are full. But we waited patiently in line. The door was still open, We both walked in, the young lady at the register greeted us nicely. And so as the 2 guys at the back and one young lady. They were all very friendly! Great guests service! We wanted to order 2 whole pizza to take home. But the young lady was nicely told us that they only selling slices now due being busy. We were fine with it, we both bought 2 slices and 2,dessert. Promptly we got our order! We were going to take it to my car but there was a table open. We sat down and eat there, I was very impressed, the pizza was delicious and the slices are big, and still hot!! I end up ordering 4 more slices to go with 2 more desserts. Now you’re my favorite pizza place!! I rate your pizza place @ 10 + . For the 4 employees that served us last night, thank you all for your great guests service! keep up the awesome job! ‘Alavina ???

Excellent NY style pizza, but it is less and less enjoyable. I used to eat lunch there at least once per week. Then they closed the indoor seating area, so you have to sit out in the heat. Yesterday, they had only 3 total tables and they charge an extra 50 cents for a tiny box if you get your pizza to go. They used to have Coke products on fountain, so you could get a refill. Then they switched to cans. Now you have to pay extra for Coke products. The slice and drink lunch special only comes with Pepsi products. A couple weeks ago, I tried to buy a slice and drink combo for a homeless person. They told me they are not allowed to let me buy food for someone else. I give up. I’m going elsewhere.
