First time making it into to this place and unfortunately due to the majorly pretentious staff/vibe, lack luster customer service , mediocre (at best) pizza I have no desire to spend money here again. When I asked if I could sit down while waiting for my order to go I was bodly told no and directed to wait on a bench outside in crappy cold weather (there were plenty of unoccupied seats available) or I could continue to stand off in the corner-- gee thanks ! Disappointing

As much as I appreciate trendy spots, this place took it to a whole new level of annoyance. The food runner (Travis), who I can only describe as a cross between a stick insect and a whiny teenager, made the experience unbearable. Every time he brought out a dish, he felt the need to give a lecture on its artisanal origins, complete with eye rolls and exaggerated sighs. It's like dude, we get it, you're a skinny hipster who's way too cool for this job. But can you please just deliver the food without the attitude? Save your existential crisis for your poetry slam night.

Falora is our favorite restaurant in Tucson and we are regulars. The pizza is wood-fired and delicious every time - the San Gennaro pizza is mwuah! and the Butter Pecan salad is one of the best salads I’ve ever had. You won’t regret going here.

Ask for Jackson to serve you, not the female. True Napleese food and flavors and well worth the wait for freshly made food. If that isn't what you want, go to Olive Garden or Pizza Hut for red sauce, too much cheese, and "food" that is prepared elseware and brought in. Truly outstanding at an amazingly low price. We had the bread and oil, Kale salad, ravioli, and chocolate pecan torte. All were wonderful, underpriced, and complimentary of each others flavors.

Absolutely delicious food. I loved the Giardino pizza. Despite the heavy amount of veggies the pizza wasn't soggy but perfectly crispy and delicious. The Bianca was so flavorful and loved the big pieces of basil. The Aperol splitzer is perfect for sharing. The Caesar salad with the large leaves and pieces of cheese was so good. A few sardines in them but it really enhanced the flavor. We sat inside on a Friday at 430 and it wasn't too busy. The service was great and the food even better.

I always celebrate my birthday each and every year here !! The food , the staff and ambiance is fabulous !! The only thing that was a bit much is the new deposit required for larger groups, but totally understandable in this day and age . The vino and vinyl is lovely . Plse do not ever close !!

Salad with pecans and chèvre was good, but unfortunately that was the only thing in or vegetarian order that was good. The margarita pizza was barely edible and the el fauxrizo pizza was bad. Their crust is too chewy and hard to eat, the mozzarella on the margarita was low quality, and thin crust pizza not my fave. Toppings on el fauxrizo sounded interesting and creative, but it didn't taste good.
