My teenage daughter ordered a meal through Doordash that was $16 . When we got it home the chimichanga was smothered in sour cream when she specified none on her order and it was super soggy. We went back and the refused to make another one for her saying it didn't show no sour cream on their end. We pulled out the order and they still refused to simply make a new one. I called the store on behalf of my daughter to say hey the order is wrong We just want a new one. The lady said she called the owner and the owner told her no not to make us a new one because we complained on door dash and got a $3.00 credit. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and they ripped off a teenager of her hard earned money. SHAME ON YOU FILOBERTOS!

Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken tacos. Immediately parked to eat and they were ice cold. The lobby doors are almost always locked forcing me to go through the drive thru (unfortunate because my car window doesn't roll down) and they don't have a salsa bar as far as I remember.

Prices are very high for the food and on top of that there is a "convenience fee" to use a card. Why is that passed on to the consumer? Businesses have something called the cost of doing business. There are many places to choose to spend money.. On top of that, not offering salsa and then giving an attitude when asked for it is enough for me to start taking my business elsewhere

Would not recommend, if I could give a negative stars I would. Got the super nachos and they skimped on the toppings big time. Also ordered an Arizona burrito and it was practically all potato. Hopefully this helps someone's decision to order food from here in the future.
