Great people and great service at this location. Always wholesole experiences and interactions. Of the 24/7 mexican food restaurants this location delivers a consistent experience every time.
I just ordered door dash from here. I’m more than positive I just received green salsa that is spoiled. Also received 2 of 6 that I paid extra for. The containers were bloated, ready to burst and not even half full. Burrito was really good. The rice in the burrito is really mushy like eating oatmeal. This is my favorite chain but tonight… i don’t know who’s working.

The crew takes the time to talk to customers, even at the drive-thru, and the food is always cooked properly. Inside, customers can choose from a variety of salsas and enjoy chips with their meals, while those at the drive-thru receive their food without salsa options. The restaurant offers decent-sized portions for the price, making it a better choice than other fast food taco shops in Tucson like Taco Bell or Del Taco. Many customers appreciate the care put into both the food and the service. The service has improved, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff, including friendly employees, are helpful and kind, with some customers mentioning a particular cook who makes their meals extra good. With nice rewards and gifts, this restaurant exceeds expectations and provides a phenomenal dining experience. Although some customers feel the prices are a bit high, they acknowledge the good amount of meat in the meals. Overall, Filiberto's is easy to access, has plenty of parking, and continues to be a favorite spot for many who stop in regularly.
