I think Firebirds consistently does a great job on all their food from salads to burgers and lunch Friday was no exception. I had the grilled salmon and it didnt disappoint! In addition to having good food, the service was great! I was with a table of ladies and we had the pleasure of having Vicky D. stop by the table several times to make sure everything was acceptable. I forgot to post this for my mom a couple days ago. . . But we had the most amazing experience on Mother’s Day. The food was magnificent!! We thought the quality may have been different since it was so crazy but I’m glad we were wrong. We knew it would be a chaotic night but Frank made it seem so easy and took care of us hand and foot.
