Yesterday, four of us went to Frost Gelato at Encantada mall, tucson. One of the girls at the counter was totally rude like we were inconveniencing her by ordering ice cream. We didn't even ask for samples. I paid a $13.55 bill with a $20. She told me she didn't have and change and shorted me 45 cents. I told her that I'm not OK with that and wanted to use my debit card. She ignored me and walked away. I couldn't care less about 45 cents, it was just her attitude that it was OK....read full review
Second day in a row for a Frost fix. We were passing La Encantada and my rarely outspoken sweet tooth was demanding attention. Place was busy. The entire left third of their display case was empty… “Yes sir, we have no banana.” But they did have Irish Cream which was pretty darn good. As it was Saint Pat’s, they were also featuring a Guinness flavor, but I figured I’d have plenty ’nuff Guinness at Fini’s later that evening. Second flavor, can’t go wrong with...read full review
