Food safety + disrespectful staff.
We came to Firehouse Subs today and it was an absolute mess from start to finish.
I ordered a standard sub with NO vegetables. Simple. When the food came out, my husband and child received theirs, but mine was missing. When mine finally arrived, it was wrong -- loaded with vegetables. I sent it back and asked for a remake.

Amazing customer service and quality of food. Plus the sandwiches were huge!!! The owner was actually there and working the food line himself. Great to see something like that.
Awesome subs, people working there were very friendly. I will definitely eat there again. I will never eat at another sub place again...
