The moment we stepped into the establishment we were greeted by the great employees. Spencer took our order, not only did he help us navigate the menu, but he was very pleasant. Great costumer service.

Firehouse Subs is either a hit or miss, making it overall pretty mediocre for the cost. $32 for two is pretty pricey. I only rated it 3 stars because there is no half star option and if I could I'd put it at 2½ stars.

Was helped today by Benjamin, he was super nice and friendly. As many times as I’ve been to this location it’s never been a miss, consistent and pleasant service and the sandwiches are amazing.
