Got the brisket sandwich not to be taken lightly. This is a heavy heavy sandwich loaded with brisket and mouthwatering homemade barbecue sauce on a nice soft roll. The guy at the window. He told me this thing‘s huge. I’ve heard people say that before he handed me the bag. I stopped at the picnic table and opened up the box. My mouth hit the floor, more brisket than I could eat.
I stop every chance I get, I drive all around southern Arizona for work and pick up food for lunch daily, and with confidence I can say this place is the best BBQ I’ve had. I’ve had almost every plate on the menu and each plate is amazingly delicious, each plate has put a smile on my face. And the view as you are waiting for the food, beautiful.
Read an ad for fresh pastrami, hard to get west of the Mississippi. Unfortunately, the pastrami was sold out, an encouraging thing! So, I did the next logical thing: I bought a rack of baby back ribs, brought them home and dug in. My wife is a chef, pretty particular and almost gently snooty about sauces she didn't make.
