Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Wish I could give a 4.5 star. Visited twice over the last 3 months. Service staff are friendly, pleasant and attentive. Ambiance is nice, every seat in the house feels cozy and intimate with friends and family. Steaks are excellent! Special burger offering is really good. Fav sides are Brussels, Mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes. Chicken is not good and be sure to ask if they are doing substitutions. I wasn’t informed i would be getting spinach instead of arugula with my sea bass miso. Fish was tasty but was I’m not a fan of spinach and may have chose a different dish had I known but it’s not worth sending back. Lastly it’s pricey but mostly worth it they will bring you a candle and some little chocolates as a nice birthday treat and have a card at the table for you, cute. Loved it!!! Our server, Kayla, was wonderful. So friendly and attentive. She made our experience that much better. The food was excellent and the restaurant has a very nice feel. We were belatedly celebrating our anniversary and it was worth the wait.

The creme brulee was so delicious. Please be aware the meal is a la carte so be prepared to spend

Had a very nice dinner here last week for a family celebration. Was a bit concerned reading some of the recent reviews since we had not been back in a while. We were very happy with the food and service. Staff was very attentive and always present. Wedge salad was served in a classic way and not the tiny portions served at Morton’s or Ruths Chris. Dry aged rib eye was excellent, and cooked perfectly. Sides were well executed and the meal was paced perfectly by the friendly staff. Have been turned off recently by some mediocre meals at other chain steakhouses, but Flemmings is still delivering the classic steakhouse experience with good food, a nice wine selection, and a great vibe

This dining occasion was an office xmas party. The meal was superb. I will say that there star of the meal wasn't the tomahawk steak., yes it was cooked superior, but the "lobster mashed potatoes". In my opinion they were the best side dish I ever tasted.
Because this was a office party. The room we were allocated was a bit tight but very well. Décor the staff was superb quick to respond to anything. We needed the overall evening was a success. I will add one extra comment. Because it was an office party. The mill was paid for so I don't know what the price is being his first time. I've ever been to this restaurant.

An excellent enough experience to make me forget our last visit. Went with a party of 18 for dinner a week ago. Food, service and staff all deserve 10 stars.

I love coming here. Hubby and I have been 3 times and each time has been a fantastic experience. The servers have all been great and they take special care of you. Prices are high but for the food and the service, it's our annual anniversary treat to ourselves. I highly recommend the carpaccio and the scallop entree. Hubby loves their filet mignon and famous potatoes. The desserts have all been universally great.

First time experiencing Flemings - celebrated NYE with my wife. She had the aged rib eye with crab legs, and I had the filet mignon with lobster tail. Our steaks were perfect and the best I've had anywhere in the world.

My server was kind, humorous, and attentive. There seemed to be an assistant as well. For tipping $50+, I only would have liked our garlic dipping butter brought simultaneously with the meal instead of waiting 5+ minutes after receiving the meal.

I will return, and bring my parents when they visit the foothills!
