Fresh Sushi Pho is a solid east side option, especially for something casual and convenient. This location has been my go to sushi spot for 4 years. Always superb and the staff makes you feel like a guest. This evening though, the food was extraordinary. As in the finest meal ever. Rice was absolutely perfect nut only in flavor, but in texture. Seafood was a ten minutes out of the ocean fresh. Give the chef a nice raise as this was better than California or New York cuisine.
