Everyone is very friendly here and the food was absolutely outstanding. Can't go wrong going here and there's nice little outdoor fireplaces you can eat your gelato by. Great atmosphere. Friendly even if you forgot the strawberries 😉.

I love ice cream and gelato. I also have a milk allergy 🤧. Sorbet is dairy free, but until I found Frost, I always thought of sorbet as an unacceptable substitute for gelato.
Forst's sorbet is so smooth it looks and tastes just as good as gelato.

Young clueless kid working as "manager" leaves their cart of milk out in the hot sun. He was too busy to deal with food safety because "there's a line and we have a lot of people to serve" ... If your gelato tastes a little funny, now you know why.
There are plenty of staff, but they are horribly disorganized. They are stepping over each other, trying to help and end up not helping at all. They can't figure out who ordered what or who helped which customer. The pineapple tastes like it came straight out of a can. It was disgusting! We ordered the flavor with peanuts. Took a spoonful and bit into something crunchy! It was the peanut still in the shell! I went up and asked about it, and was told that sometimes the decor they put on top of the bins would fall in. Decor!!! They clearly need to pay more attention to what they are doing. I was offered water when they should have 100% offered to replace it and give us another choice. I'm not going back for sure. This place needs to get it together!

This place is absolutely amazing! Came here for national ice cream Day after hiking around Savannah national Park and the manager was so friendly and so nice even though it was packed. She'd let most of our workers take the day off because it was Sunday and she managed all of us customers coming in not stop. I would recommend this place over and over again.
