Me and my mom went to try this place and first of all, the gelato was amazing, so flavorful and creamy, just what we needed after a small hike.
My mom doesn’t speak any English and the employee surprisingly figured out how to answer to my mom in Korean! She had some basic knowledge in the language and made my mom feel much more welcoming, this girl was very skilled and friendly, I appreciate her help! Thank you Ana씨

Went yesterday for the first time and the customer service was horrible. Asked an employee about the mini cones and the workers looked at each other and laughed, not sure what was funny about asking a question when it was my first time visiting. The gelato there had no flavor to top it off after the bad experience with the workers.

I got a medium gelato with 2 flavors, Stracciatella and another one with chocolate pieces in it. Horrible, the chocolate tasted like cooking chocolate, ate about half and threw the rest in the garbage.

This is incredible delicious! We try different examples and every one was so good. The place is great and the staff are very friendly.

Went here twice on our Tucson trip. The espresso one was delicious but we absolutely loved the toasted marshmallow!

Owner makes excuses instead of providing positive customer service. Why mop before opening to risk someone slipping especially children. If you clean overnight the floors stay clean for opening morning. Take a look at the other 1 star reviews. The staff are rude just like the owner.

Maybe the gelato is good but the sorbetto tasted like plastic or lotion or something. The peach & raspberry tasted like the way Barbie’s smell. The blackberry Cabernet almost tasted normal but had the same chemical aftertaste. I just tossed it. Almost asked for a refund. They also make you order a medium to get 2 flavors which I find kind of lame. Interior is very sterile and basic. Outside area (aka the mall), is fine.
