First... kudos to all the staff who had to work on Thanksgiving, they busted their butts. The place was packed! We waited in long line for about 40-45 mins to get in. The food was at best room temperature at not at all in the food safety zone. It was scary. My 86 y.o. mother got nearly raw chicken. Not sure how you mess up mashed potatoes but they were funky. Needless to say we won't be back. I hate the Thanksgiving hoopla and all the leftovers so next year we'll find something different for sure! Thank you to the wait staff, the cashier, the drink prep area but the kitchen and buffet attendants need some help.

Experience not so pleasant this time…original dishes have different flavors! And don’t say they don’t! Not only have I worked for GC, been eating there my whole life ! Oregano does NOT go in the bourbon chicken ! Not a single label on a single desert ! And desert looks like a war zone! Cook can’t keep up with steaks, improper ladles , so they sank into the gravy…then the tenant didn’t even swap it out, that is gross, it’s flu season! Seems like the management has changed…this was not a good visit!

Went on Thanksgiving and there was a roach on our table that is pretty gross. Like might call the health department cause that is not okay.

Everything was delicious, lots of things to choose from, and a great dessert bar.

THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES. Finding this in the bathroom actually ruined my dinner. I was hesitant with eating here. Has pest control been contacted? BC the bathroom is right next to the kitchen.

I love Golden corral but my experience there this Thanksgiving was horrible I can't say completely horrible but as we were waiting to pay we got our drinks the guy was upset because I asked for chocolate milk give me milk I asked you don't have the chocolate milk and then he slammed my cup down and where's the syrup in and was just really rude and talking to his co-workers about how they should lock the door and not let anybody else in mind you this was around 7:00 they don't close till 9:00 you know not everybody is able to have a traditional Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving Day I just think it's rude when you make comments like that and then you make people feel uncomfortable even the guy next to me about some way and yet he was just telling me how his son passed away then to hear that I know it bothered him as much as it bothered me.

I eat here between 3-4 times per month, it’s always been good food at a great value. Until today. Cold leftovers from yesterday’s service. Pathetic, turkey was actually CRUNCHY! Few options on the line unless you like spaghetti sauce without pasta, or nacho cheese. They had 2 green vegetables on the line. Brussels sprouts that looked like the contents of yesterday’s baby diaper, and unseasoned canned greens. Maybe I came at a bad time because the floor was filthy. Do better GC, you used to be so good!

The zucchini was salty. The liver and onions tasted like death. The mashed potatoes were to thick. The mashed sweet potatoes were good. I went back for seconds on the steak could have been more but ya know I was full. THE STEAK WAS TO DIE FOR. So were the dinner buns

This has become a regular stop for our family. We all have different dietary needs and preferences, and we can each get what we want. We've been really enjoying the breakfast buffet- I had French silk pie, yesterday, for the first time in probably 10 years. I'm a sucker for tapioca pudding - and Golden Corral is where I had it the first time- and still delicious. The folks who work there have always been super cool. There was only one time that was a bit pushy, but we had a coupon that wasn't valid. The manager was pretty curt about just charging the regular amount and moving me on through- respectfully, he was just doing his job- but it was the only time I've ever felt dismissed there. Just keep an eye on your cupons in case they don't qualify. Otherwise - too much good to let one person change my opinion. We will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone who makes it delicious and fosters a friendly option for my family.
