I had the great pleasure of visiting this wonderful bakery this morning. The array of tempting, beautifully crafted baked goods was impressive to say the least. It felt like stepping into a candy store — I wanted to sample everything! I also appreciated the fact that there were vegan options as well. This location is very convenient and the service was outstanding. I’m already looking forward to returning for more, and to also dine at the bistro.

Popped in here one day , super hungry after a class next door at yoga sol and was greeted promptly.
The service here was fantastic, they happily made me an off the menu vegan breakfast burrito no problem .

I’d gladly return .

The food was amazing. The service was OK because of the wait for the food. But other than that. Everything was great the staff was nice.

It was so nice to get a GF breakfast pastry on the run. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. I purchased items to go.

I went in to pick up a cupcake to go. The person at the counter was helping me, then answered the phone. She proceeded to have a very long and in-depth conversation on the phone regarding the process of freezing bread. Several staff members were standing around and there was only one table occupied and no other customers in the building. I started timing a few minutes into standing there not being helped and walked out at 6 minutes. In my opinion, a customer standing there waiting to give money, especially when the staff knew I only wanted one simple thing, should be taken care of. When it became apparent the phone call was going to take a long time, I would think putting them on hold briefly or having another staff help would have been the right thing to do. When I walked out, no one even attempted to see if they could help. I will never go back as they don't seem to appreciate paying customers. Maybe one cupcake isn't an important sale to them, but the cost of losing a customer is really not good.

LOVE this place for my celiac daughter and myself. Great gluten free options. Everything you can think of. All safe.

The food here is incredible, whether you're GF or not. Everything on the menu and in the cases is 10/10. But it's unfortunate that being in the restaurant itself is so unpleasant. The bright colors, outdated wall decor, curly-font signage, and bowling-alley-style carpet make the dining area feel uncomfortable and dated.

If they overhauled the decor to make the space feel more modern, cozy, and inviting, this place would be absolutely perfect. As much as I love the food... the atmosphere makes it hard to choose for a nice brunch (especially when you're going out with non-GF friends), and I often find myself going elsewhere for that reason alone.

Even if they just painted the walls a normal color, it would be a massive improvement in how comfortable the place feels.

I LOVE their cupcakes! I enjoy going there for a treat 😊 I am vegetarian and I understand 100% that the focus is for finding GF items but with that being said it is hard when there’s no fake meat options (in regards to eating breakfast or lunch there).

Drove from Phoenix to try their food. Absolutely worth it. The Monte Cristo sandwich is incredible.

I love to indulge my sweet tooth at Gluten Girls. My biggest dilemma is deciding which cupcake to select. They are all so delicious!

I haven't tried all the baked goods that I've bought yet, but oh my goodness, it's amazing. My gluten eating family couldn't tell anything was gluten free.

The large selection of delicious food makes it the best place to eat in this area of town for anyone needing a gluten-free meal! Staff are always friendly and it has a cute and casual cafe vibe. Only wish there were more vegan-friendly lunch options. Try the cinnamon roll french toast!

Breakfast was amazing. I never get biscuits and gravy being a Celiac. The Lemon Curd French Toast was delicious. Me daughter inhaled it but did share a bite with me. If you get a chance to go. You won't be disappointed.

100% gluten free ! Lovely cafe and bakery. Beautiful Baked goods on display and for sale. Very friendly employees. We met with with friends we hadn't seen in years. We occupied a table for four and visiting for 2 ½ hours. Even though the café was busy the employees never once made us feel uncomfortable or hurried to push us out. It was expensive as most gluten-free foods are but our meals were nice portions and delicious. After breakfast I bought items from the bakery. All they're baked goods I purchased are excellent. Would never know they were gluten-free. I definitely recommend this Cafe for anyone with or without dietary restrictions. I'm only visiting Tucson and wish there were more cafes like this where I live.
