It's all so good! The birria, the salsas and much more! The service is excellent, everyone is amazing and very helpful and kind. That never mess up our orders no matter who is our server is. Overall I think Guadalajara is an extraordinary place to eat.

Had the enchilada plate at Guadalajara Grill and it absolutely hit the comfort-food spot. The tortillas were soft without turning soggy, the sauce had a nice smoky kick, and the cheese pull was doing heavy lifting in the best way. Rice and beans were solid too — not just filler on the side. Definitely one of those plates that looks simple but disappears fast once you start eating. Would order it again without hesitation.

The food is amazing, but we had to wait a long time for them to check our IDs so we had already ordered our food after having appetizers before we even got our drinks. It was a little frustrating and the server was not very nice to us, but everyone else is very nice and the food was amazing. Definitely would go back.
