Absolutely beautiful experience, they make their salsa fresh at your table. Not only did the food meet all of our family's unique dietary needs but they were met with delicious, protien rich, foods. The staff was all attentive and friendly. So happy that we decided to have our meal here. It will definitely be a staple whenever we come to Tucson for our visits.

Guadalajara Original Grill is such a fun Tucson spot! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious.

One of the highlights is definitely the tableside salsa. They make it fresh right in front of you and customize it to your taste, which makes it even better. The birria is absolutely delicious, and the esquites are excellen, definitely something I’d order again.

They also have a great selection of fun drinks...
