Ha Long Bay is always phenomenal! Authentic and always delicious. The service is always wonderful as well. I usually get the spicy beef soup or their combination plate. The food is so flavorful, you can tell it's made with love and care.

Pretty decent Vietnamese restaurant on Tanque Verde. Pho is pretty good. Service is very good.
