I cannot express how disappointed I am in the staff and management team at Terraza Bar - apart of Hacienda del Sol.
I called on 1/20 to make a reservation for 7 guests for 1/22 at 5:30pm. They said, no problem. Made the reservation. I gave them my card to have on file for them to charge in case of cancellation. I can't say enough about this hidden getaway. Great food! Cutest southwestern rooms, amazing spa treatment (wonderful facial), beautiful views everywhere you look! But the staff, they were all just incredible! Every single one with smiles on their faces and so helpful and accommodating.
