We had a wonderful experience at Happy Lemon this morning. We ordered the Kumquat Lemon Green Tea with Lychee jelly, Ube Smoothie with Boba, Vanilla soft serve, and Matcha waffle with Taro Puff Cream. All of the items were delicious down to the last bite. Often times boba shops are too sweet, even when you customize your level of sugar but here at Happy Lemon everything was just perfect. The waffles were nice, crisp and hot since they were made to order and the owner of the shop...
Do yourself a favor and order the bubble waffle with a side of salted cheese for dipping. First time stopping in today, and I'll be back the next time I drive by. So good! 5 stars!
