I purchased a bulk order or beef. The owner worked with me in navigating which cuts and weight that fit my budget. Exceptional quality and prices, and portions were more than generous.

Finally, a real meat market, and in a part of town I don't have to carry my pistol. Ha! Ha! A terrific place with a great selection of meats, and the Food Truck is an added advantage- terrific sandwiches!

I’ve been picking up handsome steaks here since they opened. For some reason I never realized there’s a food truck in the parking lot. Decided to try the filet mignon sandwich. It will take more than one sitting to finish this. It’s absolutely delicious. Almost melt in your mouth type of goodness. This was my first time and I will be back a lot.
