The ambience is so cool. Thsi is definitely my new go to coffee spot. Must try the sandwiches!!
matcha latte is sooo good there. I like how spacious and cute the place is. Cant wait to try the rest on menu
I was charged for a large coffee even though I didn’t ask for one. My iced coffee was warm with just a bit of ice on top, and it was still somewhat hot, which defeats the purpose of ordering an iced drink. The latte tasted more like warm milk with a few ice cubes. On top of that, the sugar-free syrups had a really unpleasant flavor that completely threw off the taste of the drinks. Customer service wasn’t terrible, but the staff wasn’t very friendly either. For the quality of the drinks and the overall experience, paying almost ten dollars felt extremely overpriced. I wouldn’t come back based on this visit.
I enjoy going to Ikes and getting my usual as always but 2 days ago I went in the morning and it was a different lady not the same one as always I'm not sure if anyone else was attended by her she had glasses on bt her service was very unprofessional and I will not like to be attended by her again. She was just very unprofessional. I enjoy going to Ikes bt I will not let her take my order again if she is there again. Keep up the good work Ikes.
Large number of sandwiches, all looked delicious were reasonably priced for the amount of food. There was an entire section of vegetarian options, many with faux meat bases. I want to specify that the faux meat was not bland or chewy like many commercially available. They must make their own and they are fantastically seasoned and have great texture. I will be stopping here every time I come through Phoenix.
The coffees are really good and there are a lot of sugar free and dairy free available, which is rare. But the menu online lists gluten free muffins but everytime I call, there aren't any. This should be updated. I have insulin resistance, so gluten free isn't always insulin resistance friendly but it helps. Its hard to look where to eat when options are limited for people w diet restrictions but it makes it harder when the menus online aren't correct
Great little hideaway, great customer service and inviting atmosphere.
Ike’s is staple coffee shop downtown but very inconsistent with their primary offering - coffee/drinks. After my last visit I simply wondered why I bother going. Convenience should not be a reason to spend premium prices for coffee/drinks with an up charge of $2 for an alternative milk. Two dollars! My drink was an absolute disaster, again. I have officially crossed Ike’s off my list of coffee shops downtown to go to on my breaks. There are plenty of other coffee shops that value their customers enough to be consistent with their product that are literally steps away from Ike’s. Power walk your morning break or lunch to another downtown coffee shop!
I used to visit this place daily for my shake, but I stopped because of Allison, the manager, who is consistently rude without reason. Allison, I suggest working on your customer service skills, as I’m not the only one who has experienced this. You’ve lost a loyal customer, and it’s no surprise the business is struggling to stay afloat.
Everything is good including the the employees

Lady taking orders today was very rude. Annoyed that one person in our group was taking a minute to decide. Annoyed that we asked for light ice after she filled the cup with ice. One of the drinks was undrinkable so we asked for something else and lady basically said “ingredients are listed on the board so too bad”….um it sounded great but then mixed all together those ingredients sucked. I ordered a different drink and had to pay for it (she gave me 20% off but it was still over $7) and I said well I guess I will take the other drink too (was going to give it to a homeless person) since I paid for it but it disappeared and I didn’t feel like engaging with them any more so I left. I told the lady who made the new drink thank you and she just stared at me. Never again. What a horrible way to start the day.

This place needs better customer service. The black lady is full of attitude. And it's not a race thing I'm also a black woman.. everyone else is extremely pleasant.
