I’ve been trying to leave this review for 1.5 years with no exaggeration. I’ve written Logan’s name down in my phone to remind myself to leave him a review. Every time he is working he makes me smile. I genuinely can’t help it. He has the purest soul I’ve ever encountered at a fast food place. His kindness changes my day when I see him. Truly a blessing.
The employees were more busy talking to each other and shouting than serving food. One guest even told an employee that he didn't need to shout. The service was slow, one employee dropped ketchup everywhere when refilling the station and didn't bother to clean the huge blobs that got under the station after she refilled it. The tables were also dirty. Not a great experience.
The food is always fresh and on point. The staff is knowledgeable and super fast. Fun fact, the menu only shows one size shake.... if you order an extra large shake they will give you their extra large cup full of the shake of your choosing. You'll pay for it, but the cost is far from unreasonable!
