This is part of the second set of cafes in the park. There is an accessible entrance area with a push to open Button. What's really nice about this Cafe is that it's super huge and there's plenty of seating that could fit many many groups. Another thing I liked is that not only did they have an order counter area if you wanted to order their food but they also had a nice selection of snacks to go including sections with assorted code drinks and they even had assorted...
While the food and atmosphere are both great, this place is rarely open as advertised. Very aggravating to go there when Google says it's open only to find a closed sign on the door.
The salads and nachos we got from the Agave side were excellent! However, the hot dogs we got for the kids on the Cactus Grill side were inedible. They are deep fried and the first two we got resembled the 100 year old mummified toad we saw in the cave exhibit. The ends were leathery and stiff. I asked for replacement dogs and the staff were friendly and offered up two slightly less fried dogs, which were also inedible. I suggest they invest in a roller grill or something - deep...
