The food is always hot and fresh but the service is so slow but they have good personalities like at least they’re friendly but they have to be understaffed because the service is slow. Also, I’m getting tired of my order getting messed up. Like requesting a sauce and then messing up with the sauces- not getting the sauce you wanted, forgetting certain things even if it’s a small order… did I...

Yesterday my baby boy Taco got the utmost pleasure of having his last meal here, served by such sweet, kind people. They chopped up his ultimate cheeseburger for him perfectly for him to be able to scarf down with no teeth, and payed for it for us out of the kindness of their own hearts. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much your actions have impacted me and my family. I'm so greatful we chose Jack In the Box for his last meal. 💕 You guys are the best.
