I’ve recently started enjoying Jamba again, it’s been awhile! Yes the smoothies may be pricey but they’re delicious! My only issue is the service, I work in customer service myself and I can’t even imagine treating any of my customers the way I’ve been treated here. No smiles, no manners, and every time I come in I feel like I’m inconveniencing the employees. Management please do better and teach your staff to treat customers kindly!! Not the Jamba Juice of old that's for sure. I haven't been to Jamba in quite some time and I could not believe the changes. A large used to be twice the size and half the price. A lot more food options with some of the older drinks going to the wayside. Way too expensive for what we got

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Magnolia, for the amazing customer service she provided during my recent visit to the Tucson location.
I haven’t been to Jamba Juice in ages, and originally I was planning to order the Peach Pleasure smoothie. Magnolia recommended the Peanut Butter Moo’d instead, and it was AMAZING! I’m so glad I took her suggestion.
