First let me say, I've never experienced such a welcoming atmosphere before at a dine in restaurant. The owner was truly remarkable, service was exceptionally amazing, and the food was made to order, so delicious! We will be coming back and telling everyone about the experience we had, and how amazing all the food was!

I can't believe I haven't been here sooner. I discovered Janet and Ray's by searching food near me 😂. I was tired of the same old same old that I get every week and wanted to try something different. Janet and Ray's was perfect because I've actually been hungry for catfish but haven't had the time to fish lately. All the food was delicious! I got the fried catfish dinner with potato salad and festivals. I did get tartar sauce to go with the fried...

They are always friendly and food is delicious. Every once in a while, the music is a bit louder and can make table conversation just a tad bit harder.
Vegetarian options: There weren't too many options. However, my daughter is vegan. When we stated that the owner took time to make something that my daughter could eat. She did not have to do this at all.
