If "0" star was an option for food and service, that's what would have been given.Went there for lunch today, and was absolutely appalled by the lack of service. Our server, Judy, definitely does not belong in the service industry. The only thing that was correct was I received the fried okra and my friend got the French fries--that's on the cook. Did not plate correctly.Did not refill coffee unless requested, did not check table status after being served. Either she has not been properly trained or does not care if the diners were enjoying their meals.I watched another server while she cleaned a table, but did not remove the condiments from the table top to clean properly. Amusing, because there is a sign in the window to the effect "we clean because we care".Last time going there.I worked in the food industry for several years and do know what I'm talking about.Best of luck, Jerry Bob's

Amazing place for breakfast or lunch. Food is always good and staff is amazing. If you want to see how a waiter or waitress should be, make sure to visit. I have never received service that did not exceed expectations.

Had breakfast today. This place had ok food, not as good as the one on Valencia, however, they charge $3.49 for a cheap light cup of tea. The tea bag will not make a decent cup of tea. Then they want to charge $3.49 for another tea bag??? Two tea bags for two cups of water is $7.00??? They charge that for coffee?

The service was terrible. Our food came CO,LD and had to be remade . They leave food up on the counter for way too long because no one is paying attention. Lots of gabbing among waitresses. It was all very annoying.

Food was nothing to brag about. Had a bacon cheeseburger and eggs with sausage, hashbrowns and toast. We won't be back but others did seem to enjoy their food. Service was good.

Small town feel. The waitresses are always attentive. I even have my own coffee mug that I leave there. When I come in, they know which mug, and it's always full !

I don't know how this place has high average reviews.The food I had with my son was extremely mediocre, and it was priced high for the quality. There are a number of much better homemade breakfast places in Tucson that cost less. Flavorless, much not from scratch, very basic breakfast

My husband took our oldest and youngest here for brunch this morning. We ordered their chicken fried steak plate, corned beef hash plate, and their kids' french toast plate with a side of egg. The food definitely felt home-cooked. The chicken fried steak was so crispy on the outside and had a lot of flavor. The corned beef hash was a hit. My husband literally cleaned his plate - no crumbs, nothing left behind. Their strawberry lemonade was so good too!I love the feel of the restaurant. It gives off the small hometown vibes - very southern. The staff was so sweet and lovely. We for sure will return to try more items on their menu! 10/10 recommend!
