Mr. Toro Carnicería is a great option for Mexican meats, meals to go, and authentic Mexican candy. The grocery selection is dope, with fresh veggies and prices comparable to nearby Safeway and Frys. The best carniceria on this side, it is a phenomenal Mexican meat market with a large selection of marinated and non-marinated meats and seafood. The store is small but organized and clean, with fast and friendly service. There is an excellent taco shop in the back with some of the best tacos, including Haas style tacos with green chiles and cheese. The Mr Tori burrito is THE BEST, and the food is fresh and full of flavor. Catering is available with meat packages including beef, chicken, and pork, and they will cook the food. Great Menudo and Chicharron are also available.
