It's been over 6 months that I have been to this location at Tucson Marketplace. My last experience was the worst ever. The GM at the time refused to fulfill my order request. The same request other locations had no issue with for over a decade. I took a chance at this location once again. I'm thrilled I took a chance. Megan gave the BEST customer service and the food was excellent. I'll definitely be back more often. Thank you, Megan!

Friendly staff, clean environment, great menu options! Perfect for a quick grab and go or quick sit down and eat. I got the new “Sicilian” sandwich , that was the closest option to “meatball marinara” (which they don’t have) but pretty good , try it for yourself

Ordered the Ultimate Italian with everything, toasted & to go with peppers on the side. Anthony crafted a most beautiful and absolutely delicious sandwich that subway and jersey mikes can't and won't hold a candle to.
