My sandwich was extremely salty.
The almost $4 w/tax charge for a cup of ice with soda is over the top.
Food is expensive without deliberately padding the total cost. Value is the feeling the exchange was fair.
Pleasant experience but I won't be back based on the lack of value.

Nothing wrong with the speed of service, store cleanliness, or staff pleasantness. In fact, all of that was great.
But why is it $1.40 to add cheese! That caught me off guard. I know Jimmy John’s are individually owned, but other ones I’ve been to (even at airports), the additional charge for cheese is only 75 cents. A single original sandwich here was $11.06 - no chips or drink 😵 I know prices are high and eating out is expensive, but yikes.
