Good food very fast and polite service. Just can't justify the prices 54 bucks for 3 sandwiches and a soda. Just seems wild for me to be honest.

My beach club last night had 2 very thin stretched out pieces of turkey on it. This isnt the first time ive had problems with the protein here. Recently one time there was no turkey on it. They were still open so i called and their solution was to come back for it to be remade. Last night they were not still open so i submitted my concern to feedback on the website and as its a franchise they were ultimately unhelpful. At this point i will i always have to check my sandwhich at the drive thru which limits me wanting to go to this location because i don’t want to be that person. I dont think its too much to ask to reliably put the same amount of protein on the sandwiches.

Great food and big smiles fast service. We also left our wallet and Avery was a doll sticking around to let us come pick it up after closing time. Your amazing! Definitely will be back!

I used to love eating here until one day my man bought subs for us and the bread was hard as a rock. It was a waste of money that time I had to remove everything from inside the sandwich and had to make my own at home. Never eating here again. The cookers need to pay attention to what they are doing!

The order taker at the window was slow, missed most of my sandwich mods and made me feel like I didn't matter as a customer. I sat waiting for my order for 10+ mins watching the staff move at a snail's pace. I didn't receive napkins or Dijon packets as requested. I asked her to please make sure they put extra hot peppers and she just looked at me half asleep and slowly closed the window. Jimmy Johns should really change their slogan from "Freaky Fast" to "Freaking Slow". I am so over this sandwich place, it's the same story different location. No one ever greets you anymore or says goodbye (known in the past as blow-aways). They are all so high they move and act like zombies. There used to be a standard at Jimmy John's and it's just gone down hill. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by this franchise.

Stop putting onions on sandwiches when customers say no onions. I am allergic to onions and I had to take an epi injection because your workers dIdn't follow the order. Next time I'll put a special message on my order to remind you of my allergy. NOOOOOOOOOO FRESH ONIONS!!! I think the next time I'm given onions even though I requested you to not put them on there, i will be reaching out for you to cover the cost of my epi pen because you're ignoring me. $500 a shot!
Very nice jimmy johns. Not common for a drive through for these guys but they’ve got one. Will definitely call ahead to just drive through- having to grab kids and pull them out just to get food and put them back in- drive throughs are awesome

It was quiet and enjoyable the service people were polite and attentive. The store was clean we actually dined in the food was delicious and actually fill this up for the rest of the day this is not my first time visiting Jimmy John's I love Jimmy John's sandwiches my actual favorite is the beach club but this is the first time that I actually sat down in one of the restaurants on Tanque Verde and Wilmont in Tucson Arizona it is a small restaurant but it was a very pleasant experience if I were to have to go in to order my sandwiches I definitely would stay I enjoyed the atmosphere because it is quiet and the service people are very pleasant all in all my experience at the store was very delicious and pleasant I give this store as a whole 100% a five-star review

Really appreciate the drive-thru option. Placing my order, paying for, and receiving my order was flawless. My only issue would be that they ask if you want to tip the person who made your sandwich.
